Please note the client will be responsible for contacting any professional on or of of this referral list to begin services. Your referring professional is not responsible for inquiring if the matching professional is accepting clients. They will do their best to only refer Referring Professionals who are in enrollment for services!

Your referring professional will personally introduce you to potential clients, set up inquiry phone calls, and assist you in preparing for your intake appointment. Please note, that the client is responsible for completing the requirements of intake before beginning service at any referred entity.

This service includes a 45-minute in-person or virtual consultation with your referring professional to gather information necessary for Service. Your referring professional will personally contact and produce a list of 10 therapists who both have open enrollment and meet the client’s unique needs for service.

Your referring professional will personally introduce clients to potential therapists, set up inquiry phone calls, and assist in preparing for the intake appointment. Your referring professional will also make recommendations for further Service with the chosen mental health service.

Please note the client is responsible for completing intake requirements before beginning service at any referred entity.
