Guided Meditation with Crystal Bowls & Frame Drum
Take a moment for yourself to find the pulse with Ariel & Mickey for a Friday Night Sound Healing journey, where we will be guided through a biosclar meditation. This healing sound event will be supported by Reiki Master Amanda during the session.
Arrive just as you are and allow yourself to be guided through a mindful moment to release that which no longer serves you.
Each participant will take home a special Ceremonial Cacao & postcard, designed specifically for the evening’s practice.
