About Mickey. Mickey (she/they) is devoted to LGBTQ+ and small business communities. As a human rights advocate, Mickey uses art to fundraise for nonprofits focused on LGBTQ+ needs and also supports small business owners through practical resources and their participation in the EforAll business accelerator certification program.

About Amy. Amy (she/her) is passionate about social justice. She earned a BA in Criminal Justice, an MS, and a Ph.D. in forensic psychology while working as a guardian ad litem. Amy advocates for the rights of vulnerable groups and works with the Massachusetts Pediatric Home Nursing Care Campaign. Amy was voted Mother of the Year in 2023 and continues to support families facing emotional issues.

About Melissa. Melissa (she/her) supports children and young adults with trauma, anxiety, and developmental disorders using play, art, bibliotherapy, ABA, CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy. She advocates for academic/social challenges, diversity, disability rights, and domestic violence awareness. Melissa volunteers against food insecurity and holds CPR/AED, Safe Zone, and Adult Mental Health First Aid certifications.

About Taylor. Taylor specializes in working with young adults, children and families. Taylor has experience in ABA and school counseling. Her approach uses play therapy, art therapy, group counseling, and CBT. Taylor fosters empathy, respect, and authenticity to create a safe space for growth. Social-emotional animals play a significant role in enhancing mental health therapy and coaching services by providing companionship, emotional support, and promoting engagement. Their presence often promotes feelings of comfort and security, enabling individuals to open up about their experiences and emotions. Additionally, interactions with animals can encourage mindfulness and physical activity, both of which are beneficial for mental well-being.
