What to Expect
Spiritual Direction provides a dedicated space to explore and reflect on your experience of God—the divine, the sacred, or the holy—in your life. In the midst of busy schedules and a complex world, it's easy to overlook, dismiss, or rationalize moments where you may have encountered God. This practice is designed for those who wish to deepen their intentional relationship with God. A helpful initial step is cultivating awareness of when God is present in your life, as well as thoughtfully considering times when God feels absent.
