Meet Erika Halaby
Erika Halaby is a wise soul who embraces a seasonal lifestyle. With a Bachelor’s in Adventure Education from Plymouth State University, she has worked with the Appalachian Mountain Club and True North Wilderness. Following the loss of her father in 2016, Erika deepened her spiritual practice, merging yoga, nature, and self-inquiry as healing tools. Her mission is to foster strength and joy through workshops, wilderness therapy, and collaborations, empowering others with her authentic approach to navigating life’s challenges.
Guided Visioning Exercise: Erika will lead you through mindfulness practices to help you connect with your inner desires and goals.
Crafting Your Vision Board: Using a variety of materials, you'll create a personalized vision board that visually represents your ambitions, dreams, and intentions.
