Mardi Chadwick-Balcom is a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and subconscious reprogramming coach with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate life transitions with more ease and clarity. She blends somatic healing, breathwork, NLP, and emotional wellness practices to support nervous system regulation and personal transformation. Mardi is passionate about helping people reconnect to their inner wisdom and design the next chapter of their lives from a place of peace, power, and presence.

Everyday is a potential to flow with Meg- She challenges her students to look truthfully into their yoga mats to see who they really are, to see where they want to go, or who to be. The yoga mat is a mirror of who we really are. Meghin is a 500 hour E-RYT Power instructor with a Baptiste flare. She is 200 hour power trained through Exeter Power Yoga under the talented Jean Donnelly and Tracy Coviello, and is 300 hour LivFree Yoga Certified.
Enjoy 60 minutes of restorative yin with assists.
Yin yoga is a slow and calming practice that utilizes fundamental poses to enhance mobility, stretch the body, and hydrate the extensive fascial network. It invites practitioners to enter a profound meditative state, fostering a deeper connection with their internal experience.
