Cinematherapy Presents: What is Love?

Come join us as we explore the idea of love in a new way.

An experience only available at Golden Hour Counseling, Cinematherapy at is a new initiative to bring conversations around wellness in new and unique ways, inspired by films that our clinicians love. Movies are carefully selected to match the theme of the month- which is selected by seasonal events that effect our daily lives.

It’s simple in concept, but a powerfully transformative experience. We watch a movie, which is then followed by a small-sized group discussion inspired by the film and it’s themes.

For the month of February, we will be watching the film Before Sunrise to facilitate our group conversation.

Join us at Golden Hour for a special screening of a film chosen to capture some element of the human experience, followed by a group session to discuss both the film and our feelings that arose from it.
