Parent Support Group- 8 Month Commitment

Join our 1x per-month virtual parent support group, starting November 5th at 6 PM. This eight-month program runs from November to June, providing a consistent space for parents to find connections, share experiences, and receive support.

As a parent, you face unique challenges, and it’s vital to have a network to rely on. Our group allows you to engage in meaningful discussions with others who understand your journey. Each session will focus on relevant topics, including coping strategies, communication skills, and self-care practices.

Don’t navigate this path alone. By participating, you will gain valuable insights and foster relationships with fellow parents, creating a supportive community. Secure your spot today and take the next step towards parenting with confidence and resilience. Sign up now and invest in your growth for the months ahead.

Meet Sheila Morris, MHC, SAC

Sheila is a dedicated and passionate clinician who wholeheartedly believes in guiding individuals towards achieving personal growth and empowerment. Drawing from a rich tapestry of life experiences and extensive education, she has discovered a profound sense of purpose in helping her clients become the best versions of themselves.

Rejecting the notion of a 'one size fits all' approach to therapy, Sheila adopts a humanistic and client-centered method that prioritizes individual perspectives and unique needs. With a notable career spanning 17 years in public school and alternative special education environments, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Additionally, her 5 years of experience as a clinician encompasses a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavior therapy, creative therapy, reality therapy, and mindfulness principles.

Sheila holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Cambridge College and is on the cusp of obtaining her License in Mental Health Counseling. Her areas of specialization include autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Her exceptional skill set enables her to effectively engage with neurodivergent children and teenagers, as well as neurotypical clients spanning all age groups.

Cost: $42.50 per class, or $340.00 in full. We aim to make this program accessible to all, regardless of financial situation. Contact us to inquire about payment plans and sliding scale rates. We aim to support your financial discretion. We accept all major versions of BCBS and provide coded superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
