New Youth Emotional Support Group at Golden Hour Counseling

Golden Hour Counseling is thrilled to announce the launch of a Youth Emotional Support Group for children ages 6-11! This group is designed to help young participants build emotional awareness, resilience, and mindfulness skills in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What Makes This Group Special?

Facilitated by experienced clinician Haoyan, the group provides a safe and welcoming space where children can explore their emotions, develop essential coping strategies, and connect with peers.
